Here are the medals i suggest for this game

Top crew

Make crew 10 max people max for each crew
Maybe Top 10 or top 15
Top crew leader icon for sure
Most Hoes you have for sure
Most Thugs
Best worker
Most freelances killed and more hoes tooken away

i like the idea of icons,also it may get more people to compete,which means more competition :)

Medals should go something like this:
Top 3 only in each category:
gold, silver, bronze as follows:

Top supporters
Top free players
Top supporter killer
Top free player killer

And something for:
Leader of the Top crew
